Welcome! Instructional Media Services (IMS) is the Audio/Visual and poster printing service department for Drexel University.

IMS maintains media equipment in classrooms, trains faculty in the use of media-equipped classrooms, and creates instructional materials.

If you need immediate audio/visual support:

• Main Office: 215.895.2925 Option X (dependent on where support is needed)
• Option 1 - University City
• Option 2 - Health Sciences Building and New College Building

For "future support" like a room technology demo, final presentations, a guest lecturer (in-person or virtual), or first class check-in please email ims@drexel.edu.

If you need large format printing (max 59 inch):

• Hours: 9am-4pm  Monday – Friday
• No dimension of the poster (length or width) should exceed 59"x59" for unmounted
• For mounted posters, the largest we can print and mount would be 59"x39"
• We can print longer than 59” but customer will be responsible for cutting
