The summer school and workshop target junior and senior level researchers, scientists, engineers, clinicians, mathematicians, physicists, biologists, medical and clinical researchers as well as students in these fields, to inform them about the state of the art topics and recent advances in research on cognitive performance.
The main topics that will be covered in the third International Summer School and Workshop on Brain Dynamics – Cognitive Performance will include but are not limited to:
- Cognitive workload, fatigue, sleep deprivation and aging effects on cognitive decline
- Brain plasticity, learning and training to improve cognitive functioning, skill acquisition
- Effects of brain injury, neurodevelopmental, neurological and psychological disease and disabilities on cognitive performance
- Cognitive performance remediations, neural stimulation, neuro-rehabilitation, brain computer interfaces
- Neuroergonomics, human computer interaction, Neurolearning, Neuropolitics
The Summer School program is designed to allow time for small research group meetings, graduate thesis review and multi-institutional proposal writing.
